Great hotel, excellent location
They were able to check me in early, at noon rather than having to come back in the evening. My single room was way roomier than I imagined, clean and tidy. They also have a programme where they give you a bit of credit towards the bar or restaurant if you opt to skip housekeeping. The hotel is situated at a very convenient location, supermarket across the street, and tons of food options all around. All the major central London landmarks are within half an hour of walking distance, even Tate Modern.

Hotel was nice and well located for my time in London. Room was a little small but it was fine for one person. For 2 it may be tight. Was surprised by how noisy it could be in the room. Not specifically people, but general noises that you couldn’t quite place. Complimentary breakfast was great. Worth the extra money. Staff was also very nice and accommodating. I’d stay here again and would recommend.

I don’t recommend because room doesn’t have refrigerator and no ice machine. It is uncomfortable without it. If you need to keep your medicine cool then problem.

Great location. Walking distance to major attractions. The only thing that we did not really like is that the bar closes at 12am on Sundays and at 1am on Fridays, but I guess that's London's current trend.

A decent hotel with good food. Whst i didnt like was the officious attitude of the waiter in the dining room. I wanted a cheese board. There's a 'serves 2' cheeseboard option. Wow what a transformation from when I was in my 20’s!! As a GenX professional traveller I love to write reviews and I have to say that this hotel is one of my best stays when it comes to value for money, location and accomodation. I booked a deluxe single as attending an event at the Savoy, so it’s ideal and highly recommended indeed from size and price, with a modern and spacious bathroom.

On arriving early at the hotel for an overdue birthday celebration with my Mum, we were greeted by really friendly reception staff. We were able to leave our bags until we could get into our room, and our room was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. When we eventually got into our room it was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The complimentary mini bar, chocolate, biscuits and reusable red water bottles were a thoughtful touch. A nice souvenir. There was a large choice at breakfast and the surroundings were stylish. I enjoyed it so much I have booked a weekend stay with my husband when we go to Wimbledon, due to the good transport connections.

Great location, with loads of restaurants and transportation options walking distance. Staff is very friendly and check in and checkout went smoothly. Breakfast was just average with some spoiled fruits. I would consider staying again, but will find alternatives for breakfast.
