「Beautiful hotel, great welcoming staff (from front house to restaurant to pool). Room was perfect - especially the view. Beds were very comfy, parking location ideal!. *Something out of the hotels control which was negative was the families / kids creating mayhem in the pool area. Inflatables and ‘dads’ jumping in was quite frankly embarrassing. After 2 minutes I left (sadly the 8pm adults only swim was around my dinner reservation). 」

The room was a standard double with a very comfortable bed but the bathroom was poorly designed with a very small toilet seating area next to a small wash handbasin installed with a large surround which, if smaller, would have made using the toilet more comfortable. When booking again would definitely request a larger bathroom. Good breakfast choices and easy parking for an overnight stay. Thank you.」

「Budget hotel during Mountain Biking at Innerleithen. Room was clean and staff very friendly. Car park at rear. Whilst breakfast was advertised as continental, it was only cereal and fruit. 」
