刚刚进入房间后就发现有一只袜子在椅子背后。打电话和前台沟通后有人来看过房间情况属实，表示可以换房间。前台打来电话要求立刻到更换的新房间门口，工作人员已经在门口等待。3min内到达新房间门口，等待30min 无人前来。打电话给前台再次沟通，前台表示现在前往。再次等待10min 无人前来。回到原来的房间。 check out时向前台反应情况，前台表示这样的现象很普遍，不需要大惊小怪，她没办法做什么

There’s no hot drinking water in this hotel. They need to charge $20 for each kettle of hot water. It really surprises me.

Escalator to lobby is broken, we need to go through hotel room corridor on 3rd floor to access to the elevator to the lobby. No one makeup room for us even though we stayed for 2 nights. Shower water is weak. Water leaked from the toilet, all furniture has dust on it. The closet door cannot completely shut , so the lights inside the closet is on all nights. The safe is not working. Ventilation fan inside bathroom does not work.
