「Beautiful hotel. We had a double bed room with sofa bed and balcony. The room was so spacious with a roomy bathroom as well. We loved having two TV's in the room since we had out two young children with us. The hotel had a resort style pool and Bar Louie attached to it directly in front of the beach. It was very easy to transition from beach to pool or viceversa thanks to the showers and seating areas all around the pool and Bar Louie area. We liked the DJ's music and drink selection from the...

「Hotel muy bonito ,necesitan un cambio de alfombras ,por que huelen como un poco a orin en 2do piso el pasillo ,en dormitorios no huelen. Dormitorios limpios ,el baño incluye toallas ,jabones para manos ,en barra y liquido ,shampoo,acondicionador y jabon de cuerpo ,secadora ,en armario caja fuerte y plancha ,ganchos .minifrigorifico ,cafetera de capsulas. Hay secadoras y lavadoras y maquina de papitas ,en segundo piso . Me encantan los desayunos con bacon ,y no dierom bacon ,pero todo lo demas...

「The stay overall was pleasant but what's concerning is the amount of care and attention the staff puts to requests. A guest cut her foot by the pool due to broken glass from a window and the front desk lady seemed bothered that I asked her for help. When we reported the glass her response was, "uhh.. I guess wear shoes?" And left after taking some pictures of the scattered glass. Also, if you don't take your used wet towels from your room to the front desk you won't get any replacements. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn South Padre Island Resort so much and that was in great part due to the staff. I can’t say enough about the young lady at the front who was very helpful the whole stay or about the servers during breakfast. Everyone was very accommodating and it was bonus to the fantastic family pools and fabulous hotel side beach. Would definitely stay here again!」

「The hotel was very nice. Bed was comfortable and even with people being loud in the houses across feom us, we never heard them in the room. All the hotel staff that we talked to during the stay were very friendly. The only bad thing was the parking. There's not a lot of parking akd it's a small area, but that doesn't affect our opinion. We will definitely stay here again.」
