I had an incident, I forgot to close the safe and when the house keeping were doing the room, they closed the safe ando told me that I had to call the front desk for the to send some one to open it, so I did and they told me that they could not send anybody until a certain hour. ..."

It needs maintaince, they need to train there staff and have enough personal. They vehicles broke down 3 times, they are liers considering what you guys is not what you get. They said they have 3 pools and only one was pool to the guest.
