Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area.

Overall a great place to stay.
Would have liked an information book in room explaining what facilities were available and where to find them.
Instructions for washing machine would also have been appreciated.

Great apartment hotel in Kuala Lumpur Maylasia. Had everything we needed including a kitchen and clothes washer/dryer.

The condo was extremely beautiful and modern. Nice furniture the bathroom was very well built and good taste. The kitchen was extremely well designed, the view from my bedroom and the pool and gym was fantastic, the staff was very kind especially Eason who gave me my money back . What I did not like fighting to get my money back $200 and giving me wrong email address to complain?? And I am sure will never receive a respond from you?? This is the part I don’t like ? You try to steal money from tourists because office is close ? So what happens when you leave during the night or early in the morning? You receive my complaint by mail hoping to hear from you ? I Doubt I will receive something from you?

- Key card provided didn’t allow us to get through the parking gate at midnight upon arrival and was accused by the staff of getting in using another guest’s key access. We had booked two rooms, the first group checked in at 3 pm and my group arrived at midnight. Reception was no longer in service at that hour, so the first group handed us our key card for parking. Our key didn’t work so we had to use first group’s card to tap in. Even leaving the property, second group’s card couldn’t work and was stuck at the gate of the parking lot.
- Key card issue, no access to 69th floor and the gym. Got locked out from our room before check out time at 12 pm.
- Low water pressure in the shower.
- AC in the main room doesn’t work.
- Towel hanger was not secured to the wall, fell off upon putting towel on.
Third time staying with Star Suite. This will my our last time. Paid in full without the proper enjoyment of the amenities.
