Great, friendly desk clerks! Helpful and informative. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. We had requested a baby bed when we booked the room and it was set up and ready for us upon arrival. 😀

Very unhelpful front desk staff. I needed directions to a well-known river cruise ship that docked within a 10 minute walk. They had no idea where it was and sent me to the wrong area. When they asked if I had found it and I told them what happened, they shrugged their shoulders.

Lovely relaxing stay in Koblenz
Really enjoyable stay in the lovely city of Koblenz. The hotel was ideally situated. Hotel was lovely as was the room. Staff were all friendly and courteous and the allocated room lovely. Many thanks.

A functional no-frills place with good position
A functional no-frills place with good access to the old town. Staff were accommodating but room wasn’t that comfortable (only one pillow) and it was quite bad in terms of sound insulation.

Great location
The location is amazing! From outside the hotel is not the most beautiful one (and can even give a bad impression), but the room is clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is also quite good. One not-so-good point: the sound insulation in the room. You can hear the sound of other rooms and also from outside the hotel as well. So if that bothers you this is not the best place to stay.

This hotel is very well located. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Being central it isn't overly quiet but isn't overly loud either. It is good value.

A real mixed bag. Reception lady was very helpful and let us leave stuff in reception while we drove round the back to park the bikes in the underground car park. Hotel is well located on the edge of the town centre with an easy walk to the rivers and eateries. But there are few amenities in the hotel and the rooms and corridors smelled of cigarettes, so can't have been refreshed for a long time. Fortunately we were only there for one night.

Unfortunately there are always guests smoking in designated non-smoking rooms. We try hard to please our guests and probably a demand at the reception was sufficient and you would have liked to get another room. We would be very happy to welcome you once again to show you that we can do better.

We knew this ahead of time, but Reception has a hard stop at 11pm and closes the front door. We narrowly made it in ~10:40pm as our train was delayed. Receptionist told us we were late and asked if we knew (about the "deadline", implied); we told them we did and that we'd have emailed to give a headsup if we were going to be later than 11 that night, but I couldn't tell if they accommodate late arrivals and if so, how late. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone with a chance of arriving past 11pm, or those who plan to stay out past 11pm nightly, to make lives easier on both ends. Otherwise our stay was pleasant. Room clean, with good facilities. Location adjacent to old town Koblenz -- about 10 minute walk to the Rhine river where KD cruise dock is, Koblenz main train station 16 minute walk or ~7 euro cab ride away . Reception stored our bags for us while we toured Koblenz for a few hours after checkout.

If you arrive later the receptionist will either wait for you or you may pick up the key at a neighboring hotel. By 23.00 o'clock it is basically not a problem to check in. Pit stop in Koblenz
Really not much to say about this hotel. They provide good service and had a garage in the basement which was the main reason we choose it. It happen to be one of the hottest days in summer and the rooms have no air-condition. Rooms are very basic-

An sich war sauber, bis auf paar Details. Die Gäste haben in Flur gefeiert nachts und man müsste als Gast was sagen. Drausen waren auch ständig betrunkene, die bis 10 Uhr morgen was klären müssten. Das Personal ist aber freundlich und ist sehr zentral.

Die Lautstärke ist da wohl auch unserer Lage geschuldet.Auch heimkehrende Gäste fallen darunter. Unsere Rezeption ist bis 3 Uhr morgens besetzt gewesen, schade das Sie sich nicht dort gemeldet haben, unser Nachtportier wäre Ihnen da gerne behilflich gewesen.

Hotel wirkt insgesamt ziemlich altbacken. Matratze war durchgelegen. Auf uns wirkte die Bettwäsche nicht frisch. Toilette und Bad war ebenfalls nicht richtig sauber. Lage zur Altstadt hervorragend.

Kamer zag er schoon uit maar het bordje met de optie om een schoonmaakbeurt over te slaan was niet schoon. In de gehele accomodatie was het erg warm. Het onbijt was druk borden waren op en moesten aangevuld worden glazen waren op, jus de orange was op. Wat er wel was was voldoende

Schönes Hotel in der City
Hotel mit Aufzug und gut 100 Zimmern direkt gegenüber den Fußgängerzonen der belebten Altstadt. Ein Kühlschrank war nicht im Zimmer. Überdurchschnittlich gutes Frühstück - mir fehlten nur Birchermüsli oder Obstsalat und vegane Aufstriche. Bushaltestelle Altengraben direkt neben dem Hotel (zurzeit wegen Bauarbeiten nicht bedient), 250 m zur Balduinbrücke als schöner Aussichtspunkt und zum Bahnhof Koblenz Stadtmitte 500 m.

Leider rückwärtig gelegene Zimmer etwas laut, aber wenn man sich mit ‚Fenster zu‘ arrangieren kann, geht es gut mit der Lautstärke. Aber man ist tatsächlich sofort in der Altstadt und fußläufig in 2-3 Minuten an der Mosel bzw. in ein paar Minuten am Deutschen Eck. Die Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen. Frühstück ausreichend und gut, Sauberkeit und ordentliche Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal.
