"This villa is on top of the Lala Mountains, the weather n scenery is superb. U can see the fog or clouds dancing on top of the mountains in the morning. We were served the aboriginal breakfast, something we have not taken before; quite interesting. Ooh.. there is no staff overnight, do remember to call them if u are checking in late. I think there go off off around 7pm. There is a 711 below ( not too far). "

"I love this minshu as it has an elevator and I move my luggages up to 3 floors easily. The host is a lovely lady and the breakfast she prepared is nice. The only setback is they do not receive guests after 6 pm so we have to look for the keys to our rooms ourselves. Our quad room is spacious. However there is only one toilet and shower area (in the same room) so we have to share."

"The stay at Fuyam was excellent in every aspect. Beautiful and tranquil environment that looks like a page out of a pictursque storybook. Lovely owners Brian and his parents Mr and Mrs Chung, as well as the helper Ah Lian, who provided warm hospitality and see to your needs. The 3 hr travel up Lala Shan was gruelling but it's worth the journey when you experience Fuyam. "Our 3-day trip to Lala Mountain for cherry blossom viewing was saved by our peaceful stay at He Fong Villa! The driving trip from Taipei through the winding and narrow roads was taxing, and the traffic control in the congested destination region (due to the cherry blossom season) was tiresom.
