Great location if you want to spend time in newyorkcity, there are many buses running frequently close by ifyou do not have a car that go to port authority.note that this area has alot of elevations and there is an overpass to walk under before getting to the hotel from the bus stop.other wise the room was very nice and clean the hotel is clean and the staff is nice and friendly especially the front desk lady I would reccomend.

Property management is good. friendly manager Mr. Gandhi, good cleanliness, and amicable hotel staff. However, the breakfast is limited. Good if you are looking for medium budget stay. Hotel rooms are just fine, if not congested. Too many rooms with bit of noise from adjacent rooms. But in general its just fine. No water in the rooms. Fill it in a bottle at the ground level. Surrounding is not good. One will feel a bit of loneliness. Its in the highway it seems.

I like this hotel, the staff was nice and was very helpful because our flight got canceled and delayed but they kept our reservation until we got there and help with the shuttle and it was reasonable in the price.

A standard hotel room, but I was so thankful to find such a nice place at an "average hotel price" that made NYC so accessible (takes about 15 to 20 minites by New Jersey Transit bus to get through the Lincoln Tunnel to the Port Authority Bus Terminal mere steps from Times Square). The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is very simple, but a great way to start your day with some energy to explore the area. A great value, but please note: the New Jersey Transit system is hard to figure out for the inexperienced compared to the New York MTA system (subway and buses), which can be tricky in themselves (youtube tutorials are a great help!!). So please try and research the NJ transit lines and routes before coming so that getting to and from NYC is an easier experience. Also, if you will be walking from the bus stop to the hotel, its a little challenging with luggage and may be slightly confusing. I suggest the bus stops at the corner of JFK Avenue and either 30th, 31st, 29th, 27th, or 26th streets. So, If you want to see NYC on a budget, not needing fancy accommodations, and don't mind putting in the research and gumption to use the NJ transit and MTA systems to get between the hotel and Manhattan, this hotel was clean, tidy, comfortable, and was a great spot for our NYC homebase! Highly recommend!
