"We were staying at this hotel because it’s across the street from the Visalia convention center and my daughter was competing at the Miss California Pageant for one week at the convention center. Perfect location. The women at the front desk were always so helpful when my room keys kept deactivating because they kept getting put next to my cellphone. They were able to answer all my questions. The women cleaning the rooms were always friendly and accommodating. I felt safe in this hotel, especially since there were odd characters roaming the streets. Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast available each morning offered many choices. It was a very good stay. "

"The motel worked very well for our 3 night stay to visit Sequoia. The kids liked the pool and the continental breakfast was surprisingly good. The staff was also helpful and friendly. If we ever visit Exeter again I would stay here."

"We loved the location and view. The property is located at the banks of the three rivers with 24 Hr access to the river and it’s banks.. it has 2 markets on either side of the property.. the gas station and eateries are nearby … they are in a walkable distance… What we did not like was that few of the necessary appliances did not work property such as out of 4, 2 burners worked… the ceiling fan has light which cannot be shut off at night without shutting off the fan.. the back side of the ac is open which means it is unsafe for kids .. the patio was unkept and dirty … "
