"I love this hotel but I was sad when they told no more truffle burger room service."

"Enjoyed the property. Minor complaints were: next to elevators and they were noisy. Coffee maker broken. Complementary spray for pillow to aid sleep was empty and not replaced. Did not clean room first night. When cleaned the next day they did not replace missing toilet paper Loved location view and quality of hotel"

"Walking distance to Inner Harbor. Pretty safe to walk around. However, did like the noise from the outside. I can hear it from our 9th floor room. Also, since we had an extended stay room, the room needed a little more work. You can smell the funk of the room. Needs to be clean all around. The living room didn’t work. "

"Exceptional stay hilite by some of the best staff we have found in a hotel! Our room was large and well appointed with large smart TV and very good WiFi. Included in our room rate was breakfast in the Bistro 300 where we could order from a full and varied menu; the food was wonderful. The location was ideal to explore Baltimore and we found some nice bars and eateries close by. A 100% definite to stay again! "

"Great location with lots to do nearby and awesome view. It is in a very bustling part of town, so the noise level is high, but if you are okay with that, then this is a great place. Lots of historic charm! Not a cookie cutter hotel like you will find in the harbor."
