I love how well and prompt they were communicating with me regarding any questions I had. Check in n out was smooth n easy. The apt. was clean n up to date. I think the only thing I could say needed fixed were some minor cracks in the ceiling n walls in the bathroom, otherwise I had no issues. The area was nice, very walkable n people friendly. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

The rooms were nice but logistics were difficult. Managers advertised that parking was available for a fee of $20/night. I reserved four units for two nights but was informed the day before arrival that only one space was available for one night, and the fee was $30/night. In this area, finding convenient parking is a hardship. Area has a hopping nightlife, which is cool, but the area were very noisy at closing time (≈2AM), and the units do not filter the outside noise well at all.

Hello Paul, sorry to hear about the parking discrepancy, sometimes we run a special for parking for our guest as a courtesy. The parking is limited so we have to book in advanced to make sure we can accommodate. With this being a downtown location, some city noise is to be expected so we try to counter that with the sound machines. We hope that won’t keep you from returning in the future!

Unit is right on the street side and widows are only single pane. Noise and traffic keep me up most of the night time. constant smell of pot in the building from the moment you walked in the front door. The unit itself was nice, but would not stay there again.

Thank you so much, the location is great for local restaurants and much more! The full service kitchen is a great bonus. The room rates are competitive to that of a hotel with alot more to offer. Hope you enjoyed your stay and hope to host you again in the future!

Great Home Base!
This was an awesome home base for my stay in Indianapolis. Nice central location for all sorts of restaurants, bars and the convention center. Highly recommend it, felt like a second home.

Terrible!! Stay away
This place is terrible. My reservation was for 10/27-10/30. We arrived late, and check-in is through an email. Where it gives you the code to the front door and guides you to your room. Then it tells you to enter the code and press the check mark to enter your room. There was no code given to me other than the front door(and if it was the same code, it did not work). 2:30am called maintenance. Got a voice mail. Called the number through the box the front door, Got a voice mail. Called security got a voice mail. Called the complex, got a voicemail. Left messages on everyone’s voicemail. No return phone call (not even the next day. We had to get an Uber back toward the airport, about 20 miles to find a hotel that we had to pay AGAIN to stay in a place nowhere near where we wanted to be. Which cost us way more money in hotel fares Ubers and rental cars. STAY AWAY. Even during the day, they do not return phone calls, nor do they offer you a refund. 0 contact. Even no response through hotels.com who opened a case number.. but big surprise… no response.

The room was extremely clean and fully furnished. I asked a question on their chat and got immediate reaponse. Very easy check in/out. Value at the price of room. Only drawback is it is in a city nightlife district so a lot of noise from traffic & people until early morning. The mornings are very peaceful and quiet. I would stay there again and highly recommend for the prive and the extremely friendly and responsive staff on site.

Really easy to get in and out, no messing around with a check in desk. The room was a proper apartment with a kitchen and separate bedroom, really nice. Charming neighborhood with plenty of cool restaurants in walking distance. Stayed here for a convention, the Indianapolis Convention Center is an easy 25 minute walk if you're feeling up to it, otherwise the ride there and back is cheap enough. Overall, highly recommended, would definitely stay here again!

The apartment unit itself was very nice and accommodating. Very well stocked and everything new. They left coffee and bathroom necessities. The rest of building was disgusting. The common areas where cluttered and the carpets were stained in many places. There was dog poop in hall on multiple days. There was parking in rear, but my car was broken into and my catalytic converter stolen. Building took no responsibility and claimed no cameras - though I saw many. I saw a security guard sitting in car, but he was useless. Too bad, because the rooms where nice. I would not return nor recommend.

This was a terribly unfortunate situation, Andrew. We've not had this happen before, or since. We're glad you were happy with the unit itself, and the feedback you gave us on the building has since been reported, updated, and resolved.

The 1 bed apartment was listed as accommodating 4 but it did not. The pull out sofa bed did not work so 1 of us had to sleep on the floor and another on the couch that was not long enough. And to make matters even worse was how noisy the surroundings were. Cars, trains, sirens, bar hoppers, etc. It was the worst night sleep I had in 25 years. It was so bad we did not stay the second night for which we paid. I tried to get reimbursed due to the fact it did not accommodate 4 as marketed but was not successful.

Hi Denice, unfortunately, there's not much we can do about the city noise. The apartment does list the beds available, I apologize that the sofa bed was broken, as we weren't aware. If given the opportunity to resolve the couch situation, we happily would have immediately. We aim to make sure our guests are comfortable while staying with us and urge any of our guests to immediately report any issue so we can swiftly work to resolve it!

Comfortable but needs improvement
The location of the apartment was excellent, easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and downtown. Beds are very comfortable but we were woken up by neighbouring apartments and street noise. Be aware there is no lift which is a pain with luggage. The apartment needs a refurb - the sofa and chairs are heavily stained and the shower was poor. The entrance to the building is filthy, not a good first impression. For us it was ok for one night but wouldn’t have wanted to stop longer.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We have improved communication with the building manager to make sure common areas remain neat and clean. Unfortunately, we can't do too much about the city noise. We hope to host you again in the future, and aim to give you a 10/10 stay!

Initially the was poor communication. After booking I wasn't provided an apartment number or building access. This lead to a lot of frustration. After being contacted by Rep for the building i was provided with the necessary information to complete my stay. The apartment itself was really nice and well keep. No parking is provided so you will have to pay the meter. The flip side is that you are within walking distance from various restaurants and entertainment. Overall the apartment was worth all the hassle.
