Nice hotel, under construction cause new things coming in but no parking unless valet so had to drive to a parking garage, internet not included in the expensive stay already. Bed really sucked pillows too felt like a busted water bed sinking. Toilet is like something in an elementary school it like sitting on the floor plus it leaked all over the floor when you flushed. View was a view into the building and into someone room. Food and drink overly priced too. But I will give it to the staff who was amazing but maybe work on the other things

No room ready at 5:15 pm. Traffic to hotel was backed up. According to them they had too many events at one time. I got a king handicapped room that was ridiculous. Small and not what I paid for. They said they gave us $100 credit but my room was still $450. Crazy. Will NEVER STAY at Omni again. I had to pay $50 off site parking and then move my car to hotel at 1 pm because lot I parked closed at 5 am. Had to pay hotel another $53 to park my car for 7 hours. No offer to handle those fees. Terrible experience.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. All members of the staff at the Omni Severin were all kind, courteous, and overall happy to help. The room was consistent with the images shown online, can’t really critique much, however the mechanism for the shower to make the water flow through the shower wasnt secure to say the least. The water was consistently hot which is usually the main concern with staying at a hotel, but the water pressure did leave a bit to be desired. Aside from that, the room as clean, the staff were managing the facilities properly, would definitely come back to stay again as well as visit other Omni properties.

Decent hotel. Stayed here for 2024 eclipse trip. Hotel feels a bit dated overall. The heating vent in the room was extremely loud and erratic. The area around the hotel was surrounded by restaurants and bars. Had to drive to find a grocery store or convenience store. The only after hours snacks they had on site were in a vending machine in a closet that you had to key into... weird. The staff at the coffee kiosk was great though!

Property was beautiful, clean, inviting, staff was friendly. Enjoyed the restaurant/ bar inside hotel. Great location near lots of otger restaurants and bars, and walking distance to lucus oil stadium.

The construction crew just outside the building started up at 8 am with the construction and beeping noise of the vehicles. The hour long line to check in was ridiculous and I was late to my event, rooms were clean but old.

We stayed here for the night of our wedding and had the best experience. Liz upgraded us from our room to the Eli Lily Suite & it was the most unforgettable experience. All staff was very accommodating and kind. Our room was very clean.

The staff was very nice, professional and helpful. The televisions in the rooms could use some updating and it would be nice if microwaves were included in the rooms instead of costing an extra $25. It would also be nice if parking was included with the room. The street noise in the morning is a bit loud and woke me and my wife up early. We stayed for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium and it was a short walk from the hotel. It also looks like there were a lot of places to eat nearby.

Wonderful experience in all aspects, other than the wifi being down so we couldn’t have keys to our room for a while. This was obviously not the staff’s fault and they were as accommodating as could be with great attitudes about it! They did give us a discount for this on our final bill so that made up for it in my personal opinion.
