「Friendly professional check in. It's a motel with cars parked outside rooms. Our bedroom windows looked out on the pool and the windows did not allow sound on from the outside-the room was very quiet. There were a lot of people coming to use the pool. No charge for pets which was very nice. We had trouble finding a place in town to eat. They were either permanently closed or mysteriously closed that evening. After driving around town to track down 3 restaurants that weren't open, we gave up and...

「I know the local area well and this hotel is the most reasonably priced in this area. Very clean and the staff is exceptional. Our bags were carried to our room without asking for help. They accept pets which is hard to find. There is a large dining room that can be used for meetings or banquets. Highly recommend.」

「This was a wonderful place to stay. The owner, Austin, was wonderful. He had tables all set up and breakfast ready in a relaxed setting. So many little touches...large windows with birds coming and going, plants on the tables and unique lamps, big back yard, and beautiful flowers. We would definitely stay here again. It was also very easy to meet and converse with other guests at breakfast.」

「Hotel is in the middle pf multiple attractions, baseball in Cooperstown and Hockey in Utica. We came for the Hockey at the new Nexus center in downtown Utica. Each time We stayed here we had a well kept room with great service. Our room was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. The room rate is far below the rates in Utica and much larger rooms. We had a great experience.」
