「Very cozy old style motel. Single story with chairs and tables outside the rooms. Clean as a pin. Super nice and helpful staff. They have a great fire pit. 24hour store right next to the place for any of your needs. The place to be in Franklin.」

「The property is beautiful and in a great location to walk to all of Highlands. Our room was very nice and we loved our fireplace. We didn't get to use the amenities due to COVID restrictions/NC Curfew but will stay here again and can't wait to enjoy them then!」

「We loved the location. The unit was 2 floors, which we were not warned about, no handicap access. It was dated, but that really didn't matter to us because there was so much to do there we didn't spend much time in the room. The room was not soundproof because there was a bedroom over our bedroom and we could hear every little movement! It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.」

「Hotel was under renovation and sometimes difficult to get in and out of the lot. No signage and often missed the turn off to get in.」

「We stayed here for one night after attending a late evening graduation at Western Carolina University. We checked in extremely late but that process went smoothly. The only issue we had was with the TV remote but someone came promptly and fixed that issue. Breakfast was included with our stay. The dining area was kept extremely clean by a cheerful and pleasant staff member. We tipped her very well to show our appreciation. You won't go wrong staying here!」
