"We had a great stay at this hotel. Our room was first class and the internal facilities at the hotel were really great. Externally the hotel looked a little drab and rundown but that just gave the wrong impression to our actual experience. Staff went out of their way to help. "We stayed in their "family suite" with two rooms off of a central living space with japanese room with floor beds for our kids, and 3 bathrooms. This worked well for our 3 generation family of 6 and was spacious, convenient and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful each day and the pool was nice, though hours were limited likely due to it being low season. The kids liked the slide. Over all very happy with the stay and value for money."

"Our stay was OK, room size and cleanliness was good with the exception for balcony and bathroom. The balcony wasn't cleaned in a few weeks and the bathroom a bit dated with some mold. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff was friendly but sometimes hard to find, this hotel is part of a residential area, felt more like we lived in a summer vacation gated community."
