"Everything about our stay at the Disneyland Hotel was excellent. The service was top notch and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the lobby always had a fresh clean look and smell no matter the time of day. It is also conveniently located near downtown disney and the monorail which takes you right into tomorrowland. We cut off alot of time and crowd by using the monorail during early entry. "It was an amazing stay, when I arrived I was greeted by a Disney cast member and lead to the registration desk, where I was checked in. After I used my phone to unlock my room. No more worrying about a physical key. The room was clean the beds soft and the bathroom was spotless. I enjoyed the heated pool and the hotel itself is beautiful. It is close to the entrance to the park and close when you are done with the parks. They cast member were friendly. "

"The property is a short walk to the Disney parks and has easy parking. Those things alone are huge value additions. The lobby and ground da have been recently remodeled for a mid century modern look. The rooms are large and the decor is good. The only downsides are older uncomfortable beds, old bathrooms (but functional) and old glass sliding doors without screens for the patios and balconies, limiting their use. It also takes a long time to cool down a room due to an older inefficient A/C unit....
