We stayed for 5 nights as a British-American couple. Pros: The location is great for sun The view of he coast and local area is stunning There are 3 outdoor pools and an indoor pool and spa Food is pretty good and truly unlimited Drinks are mostly unlimited and not bad Hotel is clean Housekeeping is good Day entertainment is good -ping pong, aqua Zumba Cons: Service is inconsistent and rude at times Reception lied about the Turkish bath Ants in the room Literally a french resort, only speak french Can't have coffee past breakfast No water in the rooms and no water available outside of mealtime, you can purchase at the bar Small hidden costs -towels, safe, some drinks Pool bar snacks - just leftover lunch Don't enforce adults only time, kids everywhere Night entertainment is cringe No actual bartenders Not enough sunbeds

Good but with limitations
A nice hotel, with good service and a great spa team. However, the value of the all-inclusive is quite low, with everything stopping at 11pm and only very cheap and nasty versions of alcoholic drinks available unless you pay extra. Seems to mostly cater to French guests, with very little in Spanish or English.

A Very good, refurbished Hotel
A relatively recently refurbished Hotel, which is clean and has a fantastic upgrade package (MFC), the staff are all friendly and received some great service from Reception, when needed. The beach is a short but steep (coming back) walk with a very uneven terrain - not for those with mobility problems - but fine for the able-bodied. The buffet rest. varied from standard fare to excellent depending on the theme but there was always something to eat, unfortunately it was quite often not hot enough, and the orange juice is watered down, these were my only, slight, negatives i had. Would we stay again? Oh yes but only with the upgrade package.

The hotel and decor is very nice. The food and drinks are good. Most of the staff are good. Some cannot be bothered! The hotel only caters for French guests.all of the entertainment is in French. There were only 8 English guests staying in the hotel during our visit

my biggest problem was the fact that after 11pm everything is closed and for someone from the state’s that’s dinner time in my usual time zone so now if I’m checking in of course the first night I’m not going to be on the areas time zone so not only do they not have a mid night snack bar which most resorts do because of this transition there clients have to go through they do not allow food or any beverages in your from from the resort or outside of the resort so after 11 pm your just suppose to die of hunger and thirst if u are up through the night . 2nd issue there’s no medic on site they have to come I got bit and the bug bite gave me fever amongst other things I called that evening and was told that the doctor won’t be in till 930 am ok fine I go to reception at 10am and was told the doctor left because no one was here and front desk did know someone called but didn’t know who .. why would u allow the doctor to leave not even 30 minutes after he arrived IF SOMEONE CALLED FOR A MEDIC THE ENTIRE NIGHT BEFORE then when I told them that was a bit ridiculous I was told the medic can’t wait on me all day . Then the receptionist called the doctor to see if he can come back and I was told that I would have to go to another resort to see him In cab or on foot lol then the receptionist had the nerve to tell the doctor that me and her were arguing and im fine in Spanish not knowing I understood super Unprofessional then when I respond to her she became very Abrupt and dismissive.

Aufgrund der vielen Franzosen hatte ich mit besserem Essen gerechnet. Das Buffet war okay, oft frisch, aber nur wenige schmackhaft zubereitete Gerichte. Viel Burger, Hotdogs, Pizza, Pommes, Nudeln. Viele wollen das ja auch so.Immerhin gab es immer auch Fisch. Das A-la-Carte Restaurant ist nur drei Tage pro Woche geöffnet, was uns beim Check-in nicht gesagt wurde. Schon am dritten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir dort vor unserer Abreise keinen Platz mehr bekommen. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell, das Bad pinselsaniert, was für mich okay war, aber Duschen in der Badwanne ist für mich schon ein Unfallrisiko. Der Meerblick ist durch Dächer und Solaranlage der am Hang gebauten Zimmer beeinträchtigt. Aber okay, für den Preis. Schön waren die Gärten zwischen den Häusern, mit sehr eifrigen und freundlichen Gärtnern, außerdem die Pools. Schön angelegt, sehr sauber, groß und tief. Außenpools unbeheizt, aber mit 19 Grad Anfang März benutzbar. Beheizter Innenpool klein, aber warm. Der über einen steilen Weg erreichbare Strand von Esquinzo ist sehr schön, hat eine nette Bar und man kann Liegen mieten. Was uns gar nicht gefiel, war die Bar des Hotels. Statt dort abends bei netter Musik einen Drink nehmen zu können, wird man dort durch die lautstarken Spiele der französischsprachigen Animation beschallt. Die Terrasse der Bar ist mit Plastikmöbeln bestückt und insgesamt nicht sehr gemütlich. Man kann sich in die Hotelhalle setzen, aber dort gibt es relativ wenige Plätze.

Resort enfocado al turista francés , sin opción al español. Lo peor la comida, no puede ser que un 4 estrellas tenga una calidad de comida tan justa y tan repetitiva. Lo mas gracioso que de 23 a 07 no tienes opcion de tomar ni un vaso de agua, ni en la habitacion, minibar vacio, hay que ir al Mercadona que hay a 5 min y comprarla. Eso me parece un poco ridículo. Las habitaciones bien, pero lo anterior hace que no sea una estancia normal. No lo recomendaría si sois españoles y os gusta una gastronomía normal mas allá de patatas fritas y pasta cocida.

Las instalaciones están muy bien, la atencion es correcta y el bufet acorde al precio. El todo incluido es un poco ambiguo, ya que fuera del desayuno, comida y cena algunas cosas no están incluidas y son de pago. Estaba muy limpio y las instalaciones,así como la habitación están muy bien. En resumen, para el precio que tiene está genial. Los empleados del buffet y de limpieza genial! Como punto negativo: el todo incluido fuera del desayuno, comida y cena es bebida de grifo y poco más, bebida elaborada se paga, y los helados también. El check out fue a las 5 de la madrugada y estuvimos buscando al chico de recepción x todo el hotel, 45 min después aparece, gracias que íbamos bien de tiempo, pero fue lo peor del viaje. Calidad precio le doy un 9

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Renovierten Hauptgebäude. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für ein AI Hotel. Zimmer einfach aber sehr sauber. Sehr schöner Urlaub da Hotel wegen Corona nur sehr gering ausgelastet war. Essen und Getränke sind in Ordnung. Großer Poolanlage mit Liegen. Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas mühsam (ca.10 min.) Aber mit einem Mietwagen ist man in ein paar Minuten an einem der schönsten Strände in Fuerteventura. Sehr hoher Hygienestandart.

El hotel increíble, la comida pésima.
El hotel es increíble, las instalaciones están cuidadas y limpias, el personal muy amable y atento, la habitación preciosa, cómoda y con unas vistas preciosas, la comida del buffet no le hace justicia al hotel, de los peores que he probado.

Het hotel was zo ingericht dat er allemaal verschillende appartementenblokken waren waardoor het minder als een hotel oogde. Daarnaast liep je via de achterkant binnen 5 minuten naar het strand. Het eten van het restaurant was van uitstekende kwaliteit.

Conforme à la description. Animations en français. Les buffets n'ont rien d'exceptionnels mais on trouve de quoi manger. Le seul point un peu négatif serait l'emplacement si on veut visiter l'île, car il faut 1h40 pour la traverser.
