location was great. The shower door fell off the roller, it was a very heavy glass door so the bathroom floor was soaked. the outside grounds were not clean. There were cars parked in the grounds of the hotel i was barely able to get by with my luggage when I left in the morning. No cups in the room, no coffee maker. not even a chair in the room. ugh!

Not enough parking, pretty much you have to arrive early and pray a guest is not in the hotel so you can park, the rooms aren’t that pretty, the bathrooms are clean but every time you flush it looks dirty (yellowish water), I will to save a little bit more money and go to a better hotel.

I would definitely book here again! We stayed here for our pre cruise hotel, and other than the building across from the hotel being under construction, the whole experience was awesome. The manager at The Drift Hotel was so nice he went above and beyond to help me print out luggage tags and embarkation forms. The most I could was offer some money to pay for the ink and paper I used as he did it for me without any hesitation. The beach was no more than a 3 minute walk from us and it was an amazing area. Restaurants and shopping were walking distance as well, and as well as grocery stores and CVS. I would highly recommend staying here, and would definitely stay here again!

The overall property was ok. There were locals that would hang out in front of the gates. The office was closed at night so there wasn't anyone to reach out to. There are no peep holes on the doors. At 2am we had people banging on our door demanding us to open the door. It was hopefully a one off event but definitely not pleasant. Even without the experience we had, the hotel was mediocre and unprofessional. The bed was extremely firm for those that like that.

Absolutey horrible!. First the lady at the front desk spoke barely any English at all. Gave us our room and we opened the door to find it wasn’t even cleaned yet. She gave us a different room which was made up however not very clean. There was old soap scum in the shower, broken towel rack, wires hanging down the wall from the tv, broken shutters on the windows. And then to top it all off we get woken up at 1am by the lady at the front desk calling twice and texting twice to inform me my card wasn’t going through. Then come to find out it wasn’t even my card she was referring to. Needless to say we did NOT stay there the second night we had booked and went and found an amazing place right around the corner.
