Very nice and clean good staff didn’t like that the showers didn’t have a door water was going all on the floor but other than that very nice room

Love the hotel, rooms, pool and beachside. What a beautiful view of the ocean! The staff was rude and non-accommodating with the exception of one of the female staff who helped reprogram our room keys. Garbage was overflowing at garbage cans around pool and in lobby. Empty beer cans & cocktail glasses sat around pool area for hours and no one picked them up. Broom swept lobby, walkways and dining area daily. Consistently ran out of beach towels over the 4-day stay and had to wait up to 10-20 minutes until new towel supply several times. It’s such a beautiful hotel but unfortunately the staff ruined

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The valet park was stellar! The system they have it’s very efficient and very lovely people. The rooms were nice and clean and good size. The only thing was that their private beach it is somewhat small and a little dirty. However, Deerfield beach is a five min drive and there’s parking garages near by. We enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure!

I loved my stay! The staff sent it over the top they were so great every single person. Vallet, front desk, dining, cleaning. They had an area of commonly forgotten toiletries, which i appreciated since we forgot toothbrushes and tooth paste. They had games and books for borrow in the same area. Lots of pl e to lounge and hang out. The beach and views are perfect! I got stung by a jelly fish and they gave me vinegar from the kitchen which was a huuuge help. Every time I needed help someone was there and willing. Just such nice people. Food was tasty. If you want to have the conventional breakfast you have to be there form 8-9 or you won’t have much to choose from but you can always order food.
