Dear Sruthifirst of all, thank you for choosing our hotel and I am sorry that during your stay you encountered a problem which, as you can verify, was present in 2019 immediately after the re-opening of the hotel for renovation but which was promptly resolved at the time . We will carry out further checks, although I must remember that the hotel is in the heart of the historic center with many restaurants around which do not always produce good smells. However, we would have been pleased if, by reading the other reviews, you could have also appreciated what is often said about our perfect location, spotlessly clean rooms and above all kind and always helpful staff!best regards.
