We really love this place. It has everything we need and is clean and staff are friendly. We stay here on our way back and forth between Florida and Massachusetts.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed and checked in in promptly by a kind employee named in promptly by Ledarius. The room was spacious and we enjoyed both a delicious dinner as well as breakfast which were included with our stay.

Hotel room was overall clean and quiet. Only issue we found in our room was the carpets did make our feet turn black, but we understand the carpets can only be shampooed every so often.

Very convenient hotel right off 95. Staff at front desk was polite and helpful.One of the 2 elevators was out of order and created a wait time to use the elevator.

We booked a room for 4 on Expedia, but when we got to the property they only had a room for 3. Hotel said, “not our problem, call Expedia”, and Expedia said, “sorry we cannot help”. I think we checked in late and this hotel overbooks rooms to make sure they are full. So if you plan to arrive late, def stay away.

This hotel is fantastic in everyway. Receptionists at the front desk are the best. Lobby is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are beautiful cleanest I’ve ever seen in a hotel room

Hotel staff was very nice when checking in and throughout our stay. Hotel room was very large, comfortable and clean. We liked that it had a small kitchen as we were down here for a SC Honors Choir event and were very busy so it allowed for us to make quick meals in our room. It was also very close to everything. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We felt safe in the area it was in. We would stay here again if we ever needed to come to Florence.

Stopped for one night on the road trip to FL. Special room great for family. Arrived in the night but check in was very fast. Friendly staff, good convenient breakfast. Love the Christmas songs the staffs sang on the Christmas Eve morning. Highly recommend

The thing that made it aweful is that they do not welcome people who live locally. If you live within 60 miles of the hotel, they won't let you stay there.

The hotel is in a great location, but the hotel is being remodeled and our shower did not have any pressure. Also, wallpaper was missing and the experience did lack. Wish I could get at least half back for “half of a good experience!”
