不喜歡:員工素質、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
We arrived at the hotel early afternoon. The hotel had no sign on it so we were unsure which building it was. Eventually on entering the building it appeared very dated and not welcoming. The bar area did not look inviting. We waited for the client infront of us to finish checking in. We noticed, in the meantime, a notice on the desk saying there was no hot water until further notice. The receptionist said to us that an engineer was on his way and it would be repaired soon. How she came to this conclusion I am unsure unless she did have indeed the necessary qualification in plumbing. We were also told that if we went to the room now there would be enough water for a shower. We said what would be the senario if we wanted a shower in a few hours. Her reply was "it will be sorted by then" But what if it wasn´t? We said that it was not good enough and we would not be staying. Eventually after the receptionist spoke to her manager it was agreed that we would get a full refund
