We’ve stayed here a few times for weekend tournaments and the property itself is great. My only complaint is that breakfast doesn’t start until 7am.

There was some type of mud or tar like substance on floor in entryway of room. The microwave was filthy on inside. The mini fridge freezer section was full of frost and not really usable. Bathroom door would not close unless you pressed super hard and would still pop open. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. Charging port in table between beds was broken.
