It’s an older motel. The lighting is dim but the beds are comfy. The bathroom needs a bit of repair and housecleaning attention.

The Cozy studio is just that. It’s a clean Cozy getaway. Everything you need is there for you. Comes equipped with everything you’ll need inside. As far as the location and surrounding area. It’s centrally located between White Plains and Yonkers. White plains has phenomenal restaurants, and bars minutes away. Yonkers is located west on Central Avenue. Plenty of shopping movie theaters and restaurants. You have the Yonkers Raceway and the Empire casino within 15 minutes. There’s also an area called Ridge Hill. It has shopping restaurants and things to do. Heading east into White Plains. White Plains is beautiful, plenty of shopping and restaurants. They have a place called the city center which has movie theaters. Then about 15 to 20 minutes away is Rye Playland. They are known for one of the oldest wooden roller coasters in the country. a part of the movie big was film there and Mariah Carey’s video fantasy. They have a beach located right next to it called Rye Beach, which is located on the Long Island Sound. The Bronx zoo and the New York botanical Gardens is within 20 minutes from the cozy studio. The cozy studio has a keypad to let you in and out. Parking is easy they have a garage. You can park in front of the garage with no hassle. in the morning, you can walk to Central Ave and grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat before you start your day. My wife and I were very pleased with this place. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating.

This place needs an instant upgrade. Too much money for a room with no microwave, no iron or ironing board, and no refrigerator. Please go back to the Elmsford Motel much better than this Motel 6 and the pricing was awesome and the rooms were clean and equipped. Motel 6 has an awesome staff and they deserve to work in better conditions.

It was weird. The hotel and the room felt grimy. The room was clean enough...the bed and bathroom were passable..but the floors weren't swept properly. Heard a woman screaming and crying in the room upstairs.

The best was uncomfortable, the blanket had burn holes all over it. This must have been the oldest most uncomfortable room in the place. I am familiar with the building and know that it has had renovations but this room must not have had any work done in years :-(

I needed to stay overnight to be close to a meeting the following day. Check in was quick and easy. However I found it ironic that I paid for a non smoking room and on the comforter was clearly a cigarette burn . It would have been nice to have had a fridge , but it was only overnight. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean .

Very disappointed. The door lock was loose, I locked it with dead bold and couldn’t unlock it for 6-7 minutes. The blanket and the bed were terrible. The paint outside of the bathroom walls was buckled. The ceiling tiles were in stained ( like water leaks). No phone charger(s). The hearing was not so good. Wanted to take a nap but couldn’t b/c of construction trucks being unloaded in front of my room (#50). The floor tiles were in poor conditions. Thanks

A night stay is the same for several hotels in the area, was disappointed there was no microwave or refrigerator. I had an event and had to go buy a few bags of ice and put my food in the tub so it didn’t spoil. The room was clean, the shower could use some work, I saw a bug crawl out of the ceiling tops. I wouldn’t stay here again

Good point is the room size and facility to acces your car. However, I got surprised when I found out that the hotel does not have any fridge or microwave inside the room. Maybe it is common in the US but in Canada, even most of the cheapest motels have such facilities. The bed and the upholstery were not in good condition. I could not feel the bed cover even the cussion covers were washed before we arrived. The TV remote would not work and the batteires kept falling l out. Same in the bathroom I could not feel that it was full clean. There was no shampoo in the bathroom.

Reasonable price for a utilitarian motel in a suburb north of New York City. Feeling of safety with rooms surrounding central parking area with office next to and overseeing one side of the access drive to the parking area.

Everything I Needed
Honestly a great deal if you're looking for a place to be your homebase for a trip to the city. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, area was quiet, staff was helpful. All you could ask for.
