I saw this was a Wyndham hotel and booked it for my husband and I as we were coming into town for a wedding. When you first walk into the lobby, its nice, but you are smacked in the face with such a strong perfume smell. I am sensitive with smells, so it was an instant headache. I wanted to hurry and get to the room. The halls, doors, and chairs that were in the end section on the first floor are so dirty. The chairs are very worn and literally you can see black dirt on the arm rests. I would not even think about sitting in one. The doors were super dirty. We walked into the room and whew! Super outdated!!! The bed did look clean and was comfortable thank God! The particle board was all peeled off under where the fridge was and the bathroom...ayay...the shower was like a boat shower. The caulk underneath was coming out, mold and mildewy. The next day when we took a shower we realized their were no hooks, they had all fallen off the walls, whatever, when we got back to our room later that day we realized someone stuck one back up on the bathroom wall, but was still falling off. Overall, this place needs a major facelift! I would not stay again, I would def look for a cleaner more updated place.

Sorry for that. You stay for 5 nights with us but you never inform about that issue. If you inform us than we will take care of it. Also not even we receive complain from other guests too who had room on that side too. Next if stay with us please inform about any issue we will try to take care of it.

The only thing saving this property was the staff was very friendly. First we were disappointed that the pool was closed as my children were really looking forward to it. Then when we pulled open the pull out bed there was a dirty sock folded into it, indicating it had not been cleaned. In the morning when i went to shower I found a bloody spot on the shower wall... then the curtains had mildew and coffee stains.

Other issue you mentioned, you never inform us during your stay and not even at time of checkout. If you mention us than we are happy to move you to a different room.

I heard they are doing fix ups in the hotel. I liked what the front entrance looks like but the hotel doors need painting/elevators badly and furniture needs updating.

Sorry for any inconvenience. You checked in and checked out on same day without mentioning any issue. You only mentioned us that we decide to go continue our travelling. So we inform you that it will be tonight charges and we will refund you 2nd night charges but you have to call third party who through you book it due to its prepaid reservation.

Wow where do I begin? 1. Pool under maintenance. These things happen but having a child with autism gives limited voices. Place had an indoor pool. 3 rd day in, went to see pool; closed. Would've appreciated signage about pool at front desk, we could've gone elsewhere 2. Last night in room, there was a child running up and down hall, pulled fire alarm. Fire alarm went off for hours

Housekeeping said my room was trashed. I made sure that we cleand the room before wè checked out. The trash was pilled together and the towls were pilled in the bathroom when left. Also the pool did not work. It was 6 of us and they only gave us 2 towls and wash clothes. And when asked for me we were only gave towles. They charged me $20 for a trashed room that wasn't trashed.

Beware of bad odors and lack in cleanliness
this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We arrived late at night thankful for a place to lay our heads. Before we even got to our rooms, the hallways and elevator reeked of marajuana. Once we got into the room we were surprised by the size of the suites- they were massive! However, that did nothing to cover the pungent odor. My best guess it was stale urine. The beds were clean and odor free, but the sink, toilet and shower area needed updating and a lot of bleach. In the morning we headed down for the breakfast. Not many choices, and certainly no gluten free options. The coffee had only 2% milk with no creamer options. Sadly, we left feeling only slightly refreshed after a long day of traveling. Please bring back customer service and pride in hospitality Wyndham, this hotel gets zero stars from me and my family.

Awful! Run!
The hotel was dirty and smelly! My first room smelled like a swamp. The wallpaper was peeling and there were mold stains on the wall. The floor was dirty and not vacuumed. I requested to move rooms. The next room was slightly cleaner, but the AC unit made an awful screeching sound. I pulled down the sheets to inspect them to find they had been used! There was hair in the bed and stains on the sheets. I went to the front desk and requested new sheets. The front desk person seemed annoyed but begrudgingly went to the back to get me sheets. It was really late so I did not have the option of changing hotels. There were two fights outside that night and the police were called. Apparently some individuals were armed. That was followed up by a random person knocking on doors in the middle of the night trying to enter rooms.

It was fine, as expected for budget
Hotel was fine. Breakfast was basic, but enough. Printer didn't work so I had to hand copy some information I needed, so that was a hassle. Staff was personable and friendly.

Wyndham Hotel 😊
The staff were amazing. They were patient and kind. Wanted to move our room, they kindly did so. It's an older hotel but will be renovated soon. Once the renovation starts I can give an A+ rating. They did their part to be very accommodating.

We scheduled a last Monday at this hotel. It desperately needs a refresh. Carpet bwas stained.. bedspread has stains.. carpet in halls was trim up. Furniture was worn out. The one very positive thing I can say was the front desk clerk Patel was very accommodating when we said this holt did not meet out needs and he helped us arrange a refund immediately.
