"I stayed at Pan Pacific Singapore for 10 days and i had an amazing experience. The staff was so professional, kind and helpful. From the moment i arrived , everyone was very attentive and friendly and wirh a smile on their face! The room was very clean and with a great view of marina bay sands! "The Carleton is my #1 choice when in Singapore The value and location is my main reasons for choosing the Carleton over all other hotels in the area. The Raffles Hotel, Chines and Raffles City mall is literally a walk across the street. There is a food pavilion with small restaurants and bars with live entertainment and TV's for sports in the lower courtyard. The MRT is a short walk. The Buffet is good and their Chinese restaurant is even better. For value comparison J.W in Southbeach " which is phenomenal" it will also cost you in turn mid to high 300's SGD vs The Carlton's " Great" in the lower 200's SGD to high 100's. When choosing a Prmoer Delux room, you will have view room options of Marina Bay Sands Hotel. Their pool and gym is also better than most of the hotels in the area's including those listed as " Luxury 5 Star. Hope this helps. Enjoy Singapore!! "The staff were friendly and helpful whilst the room was spacious in comparison to other hotels in Singapore. The good news for guests staying at this hotel from June 2024, the new extension of the MRT Line will open (Station: Marine Parade), which is right behind the hotel, making your commute to Downtown much easier."

"The Fullerton Hotel is perfectly located near Merlion sculpture and Marina Bay Sands. Many other sights/eateries are in walking distance as well. The hotel is old world fabulous. It initially comes off as grand and pompous but quickly begins to feel comfortably “at home”. You can feel the staff truly want you to have an exceptional experience at their hotel. Staff is knowledgeable of all things Fullerton and Singapore. The Fullerton properties and staff exceeded all my expectations. I really love the underground entrance to the hotel from the Fullerton Bay hotel. The same grand decor continues in the tunnel…escalators and moving sidewalks all the way. They offer the best fitness center I’ve seen in a hotel. State of the art equipment for most workouts. I took advantage of the $200 (dining credit) “Taste the Good Life” package which includes a Premier Courtyard room. The room actually overlooked the dining area adjacent to the lobby. Not sure if that area is considered the courtyard but I loved how quiet the room was day and night. The dining credit can be used for food and drinks at a few restaurants within and outside the Fullerton Hotel. The rooftop bars at both Fullerton and Fullerton Bay are excellent for cocktails while overlooking the bay. Taxis and Grab were always available with little or no waiting. The only thing I would change is the check-in time of 3:00 pm. One or two o’clock is a better time. I highly recommend staying at the Fullerton Hotel. Five plus stars!"
