"We arrived on an overnight flight arriving at the hotel at around 9:30am. Being very early the room was not ready but we were shown where we could change/freshen up, leave our bags and headed to the beach, a great way to start our stay. The room was amazing, we had a studio with full kitchen facilities, the room was spotless, plenty of space and lots of storage. "The people who do the actual work make the stay here so much better. Sincere thank you to the valets, cleaners and restaurant staff that make the experience a million times better. Unfortunately we had to wait 2/3 hours to finally check into our room after a very long journey but we were upgraded and gifted a cake as it was my birthday. It still would be nice to check in and rest as soon as we arrive."
