"I reserved the hotel on two separate reservations: one on the first night and one on the following two nights. Therefore, I did not get any room service during my stay because they clean the room every other day. Twice I went to the front desk to require a service in the middle of my stay there. The staff were very friendly and promised to send someone over, but nobody ever showed up. "
