「The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.」

「This is the fourth time this year I stayed in this facility while in town for appointments and procedures at UW Medicine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was quite good. The Prime Rib Sliders in the restaurant are excellent. The fries are 10/10. Room price was very competitive. I will be back for another stay for my next UW appointment.」
