Rooms were smaller than expected. The staff could be more attentive to clients at least just acknowledgement that clients are standing there waiting. The roof top pool had to be the highlight of the hotel. Staff were really laid back, didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel.

Terrible area. Street filled with prostitutes . My girlfriend was grabbed and pulled by two local men. Had to fight them off. Disgusting. Would not go back if you paid me.

Check in was quick and easy. Location was great. Room was decent and clean. Buffet selection was ok but the staff was overworked as they seems to be not really that friendly. Food was out around 8.45am and there were no replenishment even buffet close at 9.30am. Guess to minimise wastage. Pillows and bed was a bit hard. Overall, can have a better choice around the hotel.

"Not too clean in some part like a bathtub left some hair there, smaller than it list 409 sf, the bed is awesome I slept really well on it, I ask for upgrade did not get it, you guys miss a chance for me to become a regular customer. Over all it’s a good hotel but not great. Thanks for reading"
