"It was ok.. Except the city had a water issue which caused the hotel to have no water for 2 days. The water did come on, on and iff but it is still one of my favorite hotels.."

Sep 10, 2019Regrets - As long as it took to check in and get “settled” I feel my time, energy, and money would’ve been better spent had I continued to Gatlinburg as originally planned. I ended up seeing many options in that area that were way more promising.
