「This place was perfect for us. It was very clean, has AC, and in a nice gated property (although it doesn’t feel unsafe outside). It was very walkable to a few dining areas and a shopping centre. What makes this place also great was Kate! She was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. She even brought treats for my girls and drove us from and back to the airport. Would definitely recommend this place!」

「The Fiji Orchid was a great place to stay. Ledge and all the staff were amazing. They even made me acake and sang to me on my birthday. They took care of all our outings and transportation. Top notch staff and the grounds were beautiful. 」

「纯粹是中转住宿，离机场3公里，打车10斐济币，办理入住前台没有人，打了电话等了20分钟，订的是2卧室套房，只有主卧有空调，客厅和次卧都没有，恰好去的时候在斐济最热的时候，要热死人。」

「Always met with a smile. Free transfers to airport and to Tanoa International Hotel. Room was spacious, with great views to the Mountain Ranges.」

「The property is old and under renovation, it’s not so comfortable with family of 4. I wouldn’t stay here again. I was gonna change my accommodation unfortunately it was already paid and there was no refund available, hotel.com should have option for relocation and refund if the accommodation is what we aspect. It looks good in the picture unfortunately the site visit was not same as the pictures shown on the website. 」

「Very bad customer service 」

「For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. 」
