"The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming. This applicable on all the staff starting from the reception, bar and restaurant. The hotel is very nice, it deserves a nice staff not like the existing one."

"Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. Next day, was able to found room key, maybe time to start using key card that can be reprogrammed if this happens to other visitors, am sure we weren’t the only ones. "This property was a great surprise for me. I was at a 4 star hotel Rosa beach and service was bad and the room was not clean and all 4 stars hotels were booked so i had to book this hotel and it was amazing! receptionist Mohamed was so helpful and the staff of the dining room were 5 stars service and the food was great and different every day too! 5 stars "

"Absolutely negative. Do not stay. The property is old and they have insects crawling over beds/floor. The staff do not care about your concerns. The internet does not work. Ever. They have one unsecure open connection for the whole hotel which only works in the lobby. The staff are rude and do not care about the service. The food is mediocre and the location is in the middle of nowhere. The reception staff and the 'managers' really need to learn customer service. The arrogance is unbelievable....

Overall, Fantastic Stay at Sheraton Hotel Tunis
"My recent stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Tunis was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entirety of my visit. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Sonia, Ichrak, Aya, and Ryad at the reception, as well as Diaa Eddine in the lounge for their outstanding service and unwavering support throughout my stay. In the lounge, Diaa Eddine's attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. However, I must express my disappointment with the breakfast staff. Despite the excellent variety offered at the buffet, the staff seemed inactive and inattentive. I consistently had to ask them to replenish items on the buffet, and tables were not cleared and reprepared unless prompted. Overall, a fantastic experience!"
