"Very good. Perfect for children. Good food. Very clear. Rooms are pretty and clean. Definitely 4star hotel! I would advise! The pity is the sea is dirty, but 2 swimming pool make your staying still great! Staff is welcome! So, if you’re not fond of sea swimming- that’s very very!!! Good place to stay!!!"

"The property is close to the touristic route of Midoun in Djerba. The beach is nice and clean. The problem starts with the swimming pool which is not clean and quite hazardous sometimes with bits of broken plactic from the edges. The water slides closes at 5pm, which is quite early. The room is acceptable but the bathroom needs restoration as the curtens can't retain water within the shower area. The towel are really old with holes sometimes. "This place is beyond dirty with a bad service and customer service. Also everything is very disorganized because they don’t what they are doing. They would take you towels and never replace them with a clean ones so you have no towels at all. No toilet paper ever. Sheets are super dirty and furniture is super old. The only good thing is the beach with a super expensive restaurant. It should have 2 stars not 3. Stay somewhere else! "

Overall, Fantastic Stay at Sheraton Hotel Tunis
"My recent stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Tunis was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entirety of my visit. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Sonia, Ichrak, Aya, and Ryad at the reception, as well as Diaa Eddine in the lounge for their outstanding service and unwavering support throughout my stay. In the lounge, Diaa Eddine's attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. However, I must express my disappointment with the breakfast staff. Despite the excellent variety offered at the buffet, the staff seemed inactive and inattentive. I consistently had to ask them to replenish items on the buffet, and tables were not cleared and reprepared unless prompted. Overall, a fantastic experience!"
