「The neighborhood location wasn't great, but very easy access to downtown and rideshare was easily accessible, so no complaints really. Room was quiet and extremely comfortable, very happy with that and the staff was very friendly. I will absolutely stay here again.」

「Room was very clean & spacious…we had a family of four (with really tall kids) & the room space was perfect! Bathrooms were extremely clean & everything worked great. Front desk staff was very nice & courteous. Breakfast was great. I travel quite a bit & this is probably the cleanest HIE I’ve stayed at. Will definitely stay here again!」

「I checked into a room before this that was a horror show , prostitutes roaming the area and i decided to leave that place and pay extra for the aloft , it was worth the price for peace of mind , my only complaint is that the people who stayed here are loud , they have barking dogs at 5 am in the hall , they talk very loud late at night by doors without caring . The beds were very comfortable though , i didnt care for the sliding bathroom door and i felt like the shower hadn't been cleaned very...

「Beautiful hotel. Didn't really interact with the employees so can't speak to service. The gate to get out of the paid parking garage doesn't not work with digital key. The pool is NOT open 24/7 like the app says. We would've changed our plans so we could get a swim in if we had known they closed the pool @ 11 p.m. Also, the elevators are finicky. We didn't get cookies, I guess because we didn't check in at the front desk. The rooms were clean and comfortable. 」
