「Good value for $, clean and everything work as it should… exceeded expectation」

「There’s no bath tub at room. However I remember the website photo shiw there is. Also with heat pool but pool was closed.」

「Location is good, takes 7 minutes walk to the hotel from the station Circular Quay. There is a plaza in front of station and with various of food. Hotel staffs are very nice. Benjamin was very helpful and kind to make us feel like home. 」

「It’s the best choice in the heart of Sydney. All staffs have great professional service and nice to treat you. They are always smile and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s just let me feel stay at home. I would like to thank Rita, Sara and all bellboys. I would love to come back again.」

「我為家人訂了兩間房，但酒店未能為我們一家兩間房安排在同一樓層，令我們一家的聯繫出現一點問題，要到第二天，才可以前安排我們一家在同一樓層，作為一間國際星級酒店，如此服務真令人有點難以接受。」

「The cleanning service was concerned! The used towels were not discard, instead the staff put it back to the shelf and pretend to be a new one. bed sheet was not changed for consegative 4 days! the toliet paper was not refilled! And one day a staff kicked our door for cleaning service at 8 am, does it make sense? Besides, as flights will fly near the hotel, the noise is disturbing. The only advantage if the hotel is it is really close to metro station. 」

「位置鄰近 Circular Quay 火車站，很方便。附近景點Sydney Bridge, Opera House, the Rock。 訂房住宿選了有view和比較貴的價格，入住 Elite Level 28/F ，雖然前面兩旁有高樓大廈，但也清楚看到Sydney Bridge，房間尚算整潔，但房間比較細，個人感覺按這樣的房間價格性價比不高。 但酒店尚算貼心，我的姐姐在訂這房間給我慶祝結婚週年，她在回覆酒店電郵有關check in and check out 時間時才提一下是訂給妹妹慶祝，酒店在check in 後，送了一個小蛋糕到房間。」

「This hotel is next to the hunter valley garden. The views outside the balcony is pretty good and I can see the sun rise in the morning. The room is big and comfortable. It has free wifi and it is stable. However, I think the bed is too soft for me.」
