「The property is older but clean and well maintained. There are several different restaurants on site but they all use the same menu. The food is quite good, and the breakfast buffet that comes with most rooms has a good variety of items and good quality. Our main concern was the noise levels. 「Recently stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon trip to Kenya. After a week on safari the amenities were much appreciated, and from our experience, this hotel is one of the most luxurious in the country. WiFi in common areas was fine, room views of watering hole were amazing. Staff was extremely friendly. Lots of animals everyday at the watering hole, there are many openings to the outdoors so plan on bringing warm clothes even when hanging out inside. The beds could afford to be a bit more...

「Shower rooms are filthy. There was no toilet seat in my room and floor was dirty. Bed and room decor were good. Staff is low caliber and need training. Managers were not available to respond to my concerns. 」

「I was very disappointed with Paleo hotel, The shower water in the wet room did not drain away, so was always wet and slippery. The window rattled in the wind.
