"The hotel was in a great area, right next to a shopping mall filled with amazing restaurants and on the other side of the mall is wangfujing street. It's also a 20 minute walk to the palace museum, tianamen square, and qianmen street so probably an unbeatable location for the price range. The condition of the hotel was good. The rooms were large and comfortable, the water pressure was good, good views. My experience with the staff was fantastic. They were all very welcoming and helpful. I do want to call out Nora Liu in particular because after I found out that the great wall was sold out, she provided other fantastic options and helped me book them. She also helped me plan a great wall trip and was just overall very warm and inviting every time I saw her. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Beijing"

"Love the location of this hotel! It’s a short 3mins walk to Nanjing Road and the Metro Station. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My family and I have nothing but praises for this hotel! "Very smooth check-in, Senior Guest Services Manager Bruce Li 李贺 was very friendly and helpful, offered toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush etc) and answered all my questions, and assigned a high floor with good view of Shanghai skyline. Westin's Sunday Brunch is very famous and location of hotel is very close and walkable to the Bund. My favorite hotel to stay in Shanghai. "
