"Ive stayed here a few times as its the only place i like in Pakse. Im also happy to see that they didnt close after covid and are still running. However standards have noticeably dropped alot, whether its on or off season shouldnt make a difference. Im hoping my next visit will be better. The WIFI is terrible."

"The site overlooks the 'Two-colour' river junction, very picturesque and tranquil. Good grounds and pool. The room was terrific, well appointed and immaculate although a little expensive. The restaurant was pricey and not equal to the cost. Overall a good experience, will stay again. "

"There’s couple night we hear some chairs moving in the room next to us, and noice from above us, making hard to sleep. The hotel is far from everything, not convenient to anything…but other then lot of bugs, we enjoyed our stay, the staffs were all so polite…"

"We had a great stay here and were very impressed with the place. Rooms were very clean and very nicely furnished. The place is located right next to a morning market which is ideal for grabbing breakfast and lunch if needed. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help and ask if there is any way they can be of help, and they offered us a complimentary lift to the bus terminal upon leaving the place. The only downfall was a hiccup with room service, in which they locked our room key...

The windows can be opened and we can walk to the balcony and walk to other rooms' balcony as well. It's like a few rooms nearby share the same large and long balcony. This design is good as we can walk to other places to view sunset or exercise outdoor but is also risky as other guests can enter our room if we don't lock the windows.
