The pool and poolside experience was awesome. The room just ok. The outdated and dark. The bathroom exhaust van was covered in dust. Overall kids liked the experience and will be be back...just some reccomdations to make it better.

Their beds are very uncomfortable, which I think plays a huge role in the stay. The only other thing would be the floors in the room needed to be swept and mopped. Other than that very clean.

Honestly, cannot even believe that they would be able to allow to charge somebody $300 on a weekend. I wouldn't pay $50 to stay there disgust off everything the carpets in the hallway just disgusting and the exact same carpet that was there when we went in 2006 when it was beautiful and new outdated, the hot tubs weren't open swimming bar closed. The front desk you have to yell for somebody to come around and help you and that's after 5 to 10 minutes and their excuse is they were on the phone taking reservations, but you can't hear them talking. You can hear videos going your bothering them that's the field you get and not One smile housekeeping with the most pleasant experience of the whole thing. Those people were so sweet and nice. I tell you if robots are future I honestly think we already have them working no personality and completely unprofessional would not answer the front desk , we paid for two nights and at 11 o'clock after our first day and this may not be any big deal to other people but any mother understand. This is exact moment my 16 month old grandson we were in the pool. I finally got him wore out he was just about to fall asleep. I got him out got a diaper on him put a towel around him and started walking to the room to put him down for a nap and get a couple hours of relaxation. Key doesn't work so by the time I had to go get a new key and get them back to the room now only were my arms, exhausted, but he was wide awake and grouchy the rest the whole day

Honestly, I would say that they have already replaced their staff with broken robots. Never once did I see a smile on a face of any buddy specially the front desk where you think that they would actually have to smile took forever to come to the counter and then seem to not know their job at all when I came into the place. There was already a guy at the counter very mad because he couldn't get the number to the corporate. I don't know what his issue was but he was, having issues, I guess him so they put us in a hallway where there is no ceilings in the hallway at all, and then the tiles were all taken out and there was about 20 fans blowing up at the ceiling and the ground was wet so they had some pipe burst or something And then when I went to complain that my grandson would never be able to sleep with that much noise they moved us to a different room. The carpet is so disgusting. I am so saddened by this place I came to eventually and in when it first opened or at least it was pretty new and 2006 and it was just , in my mind, it was so beautiful and they didn't have water in the hot tub. The bar pool wasn't even open. The water was horrible. You might as well just drink chlorine. It was just unbearable on your eyes. Do not eat at their Restaurant It resulted in my upset, stomach and my daughter throwing up they replaced our food and we still didn't even eat it. Front desk was the worst of everything no manners. Like we were bothering them. Will never stay again

We were absolutely wowed by our stay. The pool areas were clean, the water very comfortable and the staff so friendly. The room was so spacious and loved our balcony view. With the convenience to the park we could easily walk back when we had big prizes from games. But seriously the arcade was the pest I’ve ever seen in a hotel setting

I like having 3 pool areas 1 with a kiddie play area and another 1 with a swim up bar and a hot tub. The arcade is nice and a little kid play area. The breakfast was good. The rooms with inside and or outside balconies are really nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A lot of places to eat and shopping in the area. Well worth the stay and price.
