It took about 20-30 minutes to check in as there was only 1 person behind the desk. Lobby only had one working elevator, the restroom in the lobby was not working, we had no air conditioning or remote in room we were told someone would be right up to take care of these matters and never showed. I will never use Expedia to book a stay again horrible experience

Awful experience. Our room was so hot 78 degrees the entire stay and the front desk said there was nothing they could do about it. Elevators sucked, service sucked.

The HVAC was set to 80 degrees for the entire night. Controls in the room were disabled. Staff lied at checkin stating that HVAC was broken, when I checked-out, I inquired and staff stated that it was not entirely true, that it is working but they purposely locked-out the temp controls in the room

Very outdated Air-conditioning that was almost non existent and tiny rooms made for an unpleasant experience during the heat of summer. The front desk staff was friendly and offered a fan to battle with the incessant heat but it did little to help. The beds/bedding was surprisingly comfortable and the rooms were "tidied up but not necessarily cleaned" by the maids due to finding hair, dust and fingerprints throughout the room. Overall, it was not a great experience and this hotel could certainly do better considering its reputation and location to other grand hotels.
