We had to come to Omaha for a surgery. I have stayed at alot of hotels in the Council Bluffs/Omaha area. My first time at this hotel. We got a Suite because my Mom snores lol and the way this Suite is setup was perfect. The bathroom in the middle, full kitchenette, and we each had our own TV. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. I will stay here again.

We stayed here when passing through on vacation - a family of two adults, two small children. We chose the suite with two queen beds to have space to assemble two portable cribs. There was plenty of room and we liked having extra space. The staff was friendly. The property appeared as if they are trying to upkeep it but it’s definitely less than ideal and had a bit of a smell. It’s in a decent location, however, so we did not feel unsafe. Our room had a few issues - the drain in the tub was broken and wouldn’t hold water, one of the tvs didn’t work, and the window had a broken screen with some small holes for flies to get in, there were several dead on the windowsill. That being said, the bed was really comfortable and the sheets were clean, plus the air conditioning worked great.
