The receptionist was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and focused on checking me in a timely fashion. I asked to get a room on a higher floor for the view and she accommodated me in stride. "Great stay, although I was charged $250 upon checkout for no reason and i recall a sigh in the room that stated no smoking or cleaning fee would be charged of that amount and I did not smoke in the unit whatsoever, also cleaned it myself before I left, made sure floors and bathroom and all trash was clear , I wiped down the vanity and the table and common areas, even the tub, it basically only needed vacuum and sheets for the crew to pick up and restock towels idk why I was charged I went out...
