"When I arrived in this hotel from a taxi, I was told that the this location has been converted to a COVID treatment center for months. This was a total shock to me: How could Expedia allows me to complete the booking process for this hotel just like any other hotels? I was forced to find anther hotel on spot to survive a night. What a horrible experience."

"I’ve stayed multiple times and the hotel is always clean, the staff is friendly, the pool area is nice but only 3’6” deep so kids probably won’t have that much fun, but great for adults. The hotel is conveniently located in Coral Gables. You can get on the free trolley and go to the Miracle Mile area or walk across the street to the Shops at Merrick Park."
