Room cards did not work. Room was flooded from above and we had to move out. Water temp in the bath rooms was Luke warm at best and the air conditioner sucked. Total waste of money. Shame.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms in a great location near Nyhavn where there are so many dining options. Only drawbacks were the very expensive breakfast and there was some construction outside the hotel. Would recommend this place for a stay.

Good location but high volume hotel with poor attention to detail and disengaged staff. 10 days of hotels, restaurants and interaction with friendly businesses in Sweden and Denmark. This hotel was our sole disappointment. Starting with entering the room and finding you know what on the surface of the toilet seat. Also, only a handful of parking spots out front (never empty when I passed by for three days) so they send you to a public parking center around the corner where they supposedly get you a better price- over $100 for 2 1/4 days. Ok but then did not get the QR code sent to my phone to get out the garage and when I went to the desk to explain they were visibly annoyed with me, then they found out I was right and resent the code but still grumpy. When we went back to our room to get the suitcases at 11:15AM (well before the noon check out) our room key has been deactivated. Back to the front desk to recode the room key and meet with more exasperation. I very much understand that glitches happen, but when you’re paying over $1300 for three nights it would be nice to be able to talk to the front desk for a moment to sort things out without grimacing and eye rolling. It’s so rare that I write a negative review but this hotel was such an outlier to every other encounter we had visiting Sweden and Denmark.

Well it’s formerly a warehouse do rooms are tight and our room had a loft with bed. Recommend seniors not take a loft room as the stairs are difficult and sleeping are very tight also. The Admiral is near to everything is the big plus. Not a good value based on rate versus accommodation.

The front desk staff and concierge were very nice, helpful and quick. We stayed 3 nights and each morning, the cleaning of our room declined greatly daily. The 3rd day we were left with dirty dishes left, no refill of toiletries and less towels than two people need. Our room overlooked the water and we really liked our room excluding the decline of cleaning quality.
