Very clean, check in and out very smooth, amazing staff. Restroom ended up overflowing and staff was prompt in fixing the issue with a smile on their face. All staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was also good.

Arrived on a Friday night and we noticed how dark the room was and realized that the lamp between beds was broken. When asking the front desk, they were aware that the lamp was broken and said they might be able to offer a slight discount on one night but i would need to talk to someone in the morning at front desk. But it was noted on our room. When I asked the next morning, they said there was nothing that could be done and more than likely no discount because room was booked through a 3rd party, but that he would have to ask his higher up. Of course I never heard anything back and upon checking out there was no discount. I didn't have time to sit and go over the situation was the new person at the front desk on Sunday check out because I was there for my daughter's softball tournament and we were on a tight schedule that morning. Also, Friday night upon entering the room it smelled like dirty sock or wet mop. I figured it was more likely a wet mop smell because i wiped down the hard floor area with wipes and the smell was not as strong anymore, but only so much I could do with wipes. The property itself was clean and the Friday night desk person was trying to be as helpful as possible. Had room 103 not had these issues it would have been a great stay overall. But rated it average because of this issue.
