We arrived at the hotel and dropped our things in the room to learn an hour later that the show we had come to Chicago to see had been canceled. We asked to check out and whether we could reschedule, get a refund, or a voucher for a future date. The hotel would not agree. I understand they didn't have to make that accommodation, but it would have been nice. The show has been rescheduled and we will be back but will choose another hotel.
