The option to have coffee ready at my door when I wake up and breakfast delivered to my room was really nice. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and free of odd smells. I would definitely book this hotel the next time Im in Baltimore. "

"First of all the people that work there were all friendly and very helpful. We were going to a wedding and I wish that the lighting in the room was better especially in the bathroom for putting on makeup. The sheets were a bit scratchy but overall the room was much bigger than we needed. Anything that we asked for was immediately brought for example towels."

"The hotel appeared to appeal to young adults and families. The lobby had many activities going on, including a bar in the middle of the lobby so checking in was very noisy. Staff was incredibly on top of any need we had. I hate having to use valet parking but the service was fast and courteous. "
