「Wow.. What a place! Beautiful boutique hotel with (probably) no more than 9 rooms. Hotel is run by the owner and his dedicated team who clearly love this hotel as much as he does. 「在這漂亮的酒店住了4個晚上，感覺舒適，酒店提供免費電動汽車服務，很體貼，雖然我們自己租了一架大Van,但平日出入用酒店提供的smart car 到市區很方便，餐飲方面，有2晚在酒店餐廳用餐，食物及餐酒都不錯，惟早餐所提供的食物種類及質量較一般。另一點不太滿意的地方是，這酒店出名的水療中心，我們三位女士原想安排水療服務，但原來他們只有兩名一男一女的服務員，所以不能安排同一時間做spa,故我們只能放棄，有點失望。」

「Helt fantastiskt! Servicen var exceptionell med trevlig personal och bra bemötande. Frukosten hade mycket alternativ med allt från frukt, efterrätter och mackor med olika pålägg. Utsikten från rummet samt från frukostsalen var fantastisk. Området ligger ca 15min med bil från stan men hotellet erbjuder transfer mellan hotellet och stan vilket gav möjlighet till lugn miljö samt statsliv. 」

「飯店位置非常優秀，走去湖邊坐船、去車站坐火車都非常方便，飯店附近的老城區，尤其在晚上，氛圍非常熱鬧浪漫，飯店的位置和環境一流。早餐普通、以付的房費而言，房間空間實在太小，而且有廁所管道的味道，浴室沒有抽風機，房價略微潮濕。飯店的服務人員都非常熱情友好。如果選擇住在這裡，記得由火車站的第11-12月台旁，搭下山纜車，終站就是飯店，抵達前和飯店要Ticino 票，住宿期間往來車站可以免費搭乘。從車站前往飯店，一路都是階梯，拿著大行李簡直不可能。也建議飯店主動和飯店guests 提供資訊和車票。我們是在當地人幫忙下，才找到下山纜車的搭車地點。」

「Wir haben es für einen kurzen Bike Trip im Hotel gewesen. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und auch sonst ist das Personal immer sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir durften auch unser E-Bikes laden. Wir würden für einen Kurztrip sofort wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. 」

The village was nice and peaceful in the evening, but there were a few bars and restaurants around to eat and drink in. Hotel was perfectly placed about 1 minute walk away from the ferry station, so easy to get around even without a car」
